- other · 2017-01-12 — Ripoff Report #1349402 (filed Jan 12, 2017, addressed to Sun Communities at La Casa Blanca's 2208 W Baseline Ave address): homeowners who bought about two years earlier allege the gated community's gate is left open every day from 6AM to 6PM despite several break-ins in the summer of 2016, which they say shows disregard for resident safety; that rules were changed to residents' detriment (a pet weight limit dropped, fences allowed, larger dogs allegedly harassing residents and making patios unusable); that rents are constantly increased with little or no sign of improvement; and that the hot tub was unusable for a week and a half while management gave them a runaround.
