POOL-MIXING EXHIBIT: this page's pool also contains, verbatim, the 'approved and first in line, then told someone else bought it' sales review naming a 'Sandi Philips' that appears word-for-word in the Hunters Glen, Michigan Birdeye pool - concrete evidence of cross-state pool mixing, so that sales complaint is NOT attributed to Timber Ridge here.
