- other — Detailed Tripadvisor review of Sun Outdoors Islamorada alleging a boat-slip assignment dispute in which staff (named as Don and Erica) were dismissive and blamed the guest despite a paid lock fee, leaving the family blocked in on July 4th; a dirty comfort station with hair in every shower; a seaweed-filled, unusable 'beach'; and an ungated, overcrowded pool. The guest family alleges they were treated differently as a Hispanic family than a white guest with a similar slip issue who was moved promptly.
