Visible reviews in the pool include a 12+ year resident family alleging their home burned down on Mar 19, 2025 (5723 Willow Way, lot 363), they lost everything, and the park demanded continued lot rent plus about $7,000 for cleanup while a staffer ('Alberto') allegedly called threatening eviction; others allege outrageous water/sewer bills and a front gate kept broken.
