What residents say elsewhere
Collected from public sources, summarized and attributed, with links to the originals. Summaries describe what reviewers and reporters say; allegations are not findings.
- google-reviews · Birdeye 3.1 (185 reviews) — Polarized aggregate (60 one-star of 185). Reviewers allege lot rent around $750 a month, up over 50 percent in about ten years (one says about 6 percent annually), road maintenance described as basically nonexistent, spring flooding and late winter plowing, park-managed water meters questioned, and pool and hot tub consistently closed. One long-term resident alleges elderly residents who pay by check are charged $10 more per month without being told; another alleges paying $200 a month extra for a pond-view lot whose pond was allowed to drain to a mud pit, and harassment-style violation letters from the manager over a single weed. A February 2026 review alleges a parking permit honored for about 14 years was suddenly revoked with tow threats. Original source
