- other · 2018-05-20 — Long first-person complaint headed 'Beware - Will try and take your Home' (posted about May 20, 2018). The writer says she lived at Northville Crossing since Aug 30, 2013 and always paid lot rent, but had not signed a lease since 2014; she alleges Sun moved to evict her, their lawyer said no reason was needed because she never re-signed a lease, they offered $30,000 for her home while she owed $49,000 on it, and allegedly told her it was sell to them or they would tow her home to the impound yard, with a June move-out deadline. She says her house gets compliments, not complaints, on the community website. Single-source allegations, 2018. Original source
