- other — Tripadvisor review of this RV resort (Sun acquired it in 2021): the reviewer, writing in the park's second year under new ownership, alleges a sharp decline in upkeep - sites not cleaned between guests, severe potholes handled by scraping dust into them, hit-or-miss mowing, cancelled entertainment, infrequently cleaned restrooms - and says drinking water was at one point posted as contaminated with E. coli, with no drinking, cooking or bathing advised.
