What residents say elsewhere
Collected from public sources, summarized and attributed, with links to the originals. Summaries describe what reviewers and reporters say; allegations are not findings.
- other · 4.3 (188 reviews) — Via Birdeye aggregate (pool-mixing documented; park attribution uncertain): visible reviewers allege lot rent is raised every year while the community steadily declines, that management takes shortcuts instead of making long-term fixes, and that when the trash contractor missed pickups the community filled with trash while the park did nothing (no dumpster or private truck offered). Another alleges the Telegraph Road entrance is so potholed it put a bubble in their tire sidewall, and another asks why yearly rent increases do not buy better plowing and salting. (The same lead review text appears twice on the page, itself a sign of aggregation sloppiness.) Original source

Build an AG-ready packet: a dated, specific account — what happened, when, what it cost you, what management said — carries more weight than a phone call. This portal's report flow turns your account into exactly that, with an optional signed affidavit.
