- other · 2025-10 — Tripadvisor review of an Oct 2025 stay: the guest alleges phone staff said there was an indoor pool that would be open (there is none) and that the outdoor pool was heated (it is not); that on weekdays the pool, laser tag, mountain coaster, zip line, restaurant and ranger station were all closed; and that a promised WiFi tech visit never happened across repeated contacts over two days.
