- other — A detailed Campendium review from a guest who stayed the full season (to be near family) alleges chronic utility failures at this primarily seasonal park (61 Dewitt Rd): whenever temperatures exceeded 85 degrees or it rained heavily, one leg of the electric supply dropped as low as 104 volts and the RV's protection system cut power during peak air-conditioning need; the manager made attempts, then communication stopped. The reviewer says Sun corporate, contacted by phone and email, took three weeks to respond, made promises, and nothing was done. Water pressure was extremely low, the water had an unpleasant smell, and the reviewer's water filter clogged roughly every 100 gallons. Original source
