Stoneridge Villas
Gardnerville, NV · Owner: Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI)
Stalled development, not an operating community: a proposed 159-lot manufactured home community in Gardnerville, NV (zoning/master-plan amendments approved May–August 2019). Douglas County Planning Commission material (March 10, 2026) records that the developer got to the point of pulling permits, then 'it went cold' and the permits expired. No street address exists.

- other — The developer's own site for Stoneridge Villas (55+, new development; Sun since 2022) describes new homes from the high $250,000s on leased home sites under a 99-year land lease at an estimated $600/month, with no HOA dues; buyers own the home and garage improvements only, not the land. No resident complaint content was found for this new community in this wave's searches. (A same-named assisted/independent living community in Madison, AL was excluded as a wrong entity.)
