- other · 2.0 — Tripadvisor review of this RV resort (Sun acquired it in 2013): the guests praise the bathrooms but give 2 stars, alleging a 'constant fee schedule' on top of nightly rates - extra paid just to hold a chosen site, a $95 golf-cart rental for 23 hours with a $50 cash deposit forfeited if the cart is not back by 9 a.m. (checkout is 11 a.m.), 'free' wifi that would not connect so premium wifi costs extra, bathhouses closing at inconsistent early hours, unenforced quiet hours with fireworks after midnight, and a foul smell from trash and fish waste burned near their premium-priced site.
