- google-reviews · 2016-06 — A buyer who purchased a Stonebridge home in June 2016 for $47,000 with $10,000 down alleges staff failed to fix a broken refrigerator and dirty washer/dryer as promised, never set up the automatic mortgage withdrawal they requested, and did not collect payments; the buyer says the bank emailed on Aug 23 that the loan was not approved — after the family had moved in on June 22, bought furniture and appliances, and paid $1,200 for a driveway and $2,200 for a deck — and that the park took them to court while they were out of town for five weeks.
