- other — Tripadvisor reviews span the park's history: several detailed older reviews — including one alleging management refused any refund even when promised internet service failed for the whole resort, and others objecting to per-person daily fees ($5/day per person, or $8/day in another account) for the game room and jumping pillow — date from before Sun's 2016 acquisition, when the park operated as Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort, and are flagged as pre-Sun. A later review describes the older lower section's sites as extremely tight (an RV window within about 6 feet of the neighbor's), gravel pads, awkwardly placed hookups, many full-time long-term residents, and dry, weedy grounds.
