- other · 1.0 · 2026-08-06 — Tripadvisor review (stay June 2026, Sun era): a guest who paid GBP 290 alleges the caravan had broken green decking, mould on curtains and bedroom walls, dust-filled vents and stained, smelly furniture; she says her friends' child became seriously ill (hospital said mould allergy) and her own son needed antibiotics, that the park refused to move them, and that after a dispute lasting over 50 days she was offered only GBP 130 back. Themes: management, amenities - news · 2007-09-13 — PRE-SUN (published Sept 13, 2007, an earlier ownership era - NOT charged to Sun; park history only): the Clacton & Frinton Gazette reported Seawick caravan owners forming the Seawick Owners' Caravan Association to fight a management order to remove fences around their caravans, which owners said were needed for child, disabled-person and animal safety; the park said owners had been told of the rules the previous September and that the order followed the ownership terms.
